Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and Cardboard Hero tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
